Regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing
Rules of Sailing; except as any of these are altered by the sailing
instructions. The Regatta is a Category
A event. Sailing instructions and

The
event is an open invitational. Classes
such as Lightning, Tanzer 16, Isotope, and San Juan 21 are expected. Other Classes are welcomed and both
mono-hull and multi-hull handicap events will be provided.
